1. AQ-Stone resin bonded composite stone<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our composite marble is an agglomerate marble, composed by approximately 95% of marble chips and marble powder and approx. 5% of added components as polyester resin as bonding agent, some colour pigments and additives.
\nNatural marble chips, resin and the additives are mixed in a vacuumized procedure, the mixture is filled into a mould and then compacted under high pressure in a second vacuumized procedure. Due to this particular production process, a controlled heat development takes place, as well as a chemical reaction of the resin, resulting in a complete covering of the natural stone chips by the resin.
\nAll components become inseparably affiliated, forming a homogeneous block of stone, that can be processed, after being extracted from the mould, like a block of natural stone.<\/p>\n

– Industrial produced stone with excellent technical parameters and high quality standard
\n– Stability\u00a0 of colour, quality, design and structure even in case of large quantities
\n– Special colours, individually created upon request of architects or designers can be developed

\n– Low-maintenance and easy-care with low maintenance costs<\/p>\n

2. AQ-Stone cement bonded composite stone<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our composite marble is an agglomerate marble, made up by approximately 90% of marble chips and marble powder and approx. 10% of added components as cement as bonding agent and some colour pigments and additives.
\nAll components are mixed in a vacuumized procedure, the mixture is filled into a mould and then compacted under high pressure in a second vacuumized procedure. Due to this particular production process, the components are bonded mechanically, forming a homogeneous block of stone, that can be processed, after being extracted from the mould, like a block of natural stone.<\/p>\n
